Beecher's Handmade Cheese | Gourmet Macaroni & Cheese Dinner

Today I would like to introduce you to the gourmet food company called Beecher's Handmade Cheese which has been in business since 2003. The company has two retail locations, one in Seattle at the Pike Place Market and the other one is in New York in the Flatiron District. All of the artisan cheese that Beecher's sells are made by expert cheese makers.

Beecher's Handmade Cheese sells a variety of delicious gourmet cheeses such as Flagship Cheese, Just Jack Cheese, Marco Polo Cheese, Fresh Curds, Honey Cheese, etc. In addition you will find delicious handmade frozen side dishes all made with their wonderful cheese like World's Best Mac & Cheese, Mariachi Mac & Cheese, Fresh Kale and Brown Rice Gratin and Smoky Roasted Vegetable Cavatappi. When you have the munchies and want a great tasting snack you will find Beecher's Honey Nut Crackers, their Flagship crackers, Anjou Bakery Fruit Nut Crostini and several other products!

My Review: The great folks over at Beacher's Handmade Cheese sent me 2 pans of their "Worlds Best Mac & Cheese" to review for all of you. This Mac & Cheese dinner arrives frozen and they ship all perishable items in an inflatable cooler. When my package arrived, I opened up the cooler and the ice packs and food items were still frozen solid! Wow! I love how they pack and ship their food items!

The Beecher's "World's Best Mac & Cheese" dinner is made with their award winner one-year aged Flagship cheese and their Just Jack cheese. This macaroni and cheese dinner is definitely for us grownups but the kids can eat it too! You can microwave it according to package directions or you can place it into your conventional oven. Since it has been over 95 degrees here for a week, we decided to not use our oven and to microwave it according to the instructions printed on the box. You don't need to dirty any dishes as you microwave it in the container that it's packed in. I had a few pieces of left-over meatloaf so when the Mac & Cheese was done, we reheated that...we called this dinner our "Comfort Foods" dinner.

Within 15 minutes we were sitting down at our dinning room table enjoying our dinner. This macaroni and cheese dinner was absolutely the best we ever had and that includes me baking a homemade version here in my home! Seriously folks...this stuff is delicious! The cheese blend was absolutely perfect and you could tell that they used high quality cheese in this dinner. The pasta was fork tender (not mushy) and everything tasted delicious. I can not believe that a frozen dinner tastes better than my homemade...I guess the reason it does is because their macaroni and cheese dinner is HOMEMADE there! Hubby and I absolutely love the Beecher's "World's Best Macaroni & Cheese" dinner! We give it 10 stars out of 10 stars and recommend this foodie product to all of you!

Purchasing Information: You can purchase a set of two 20 oz. pans (each pan feeds 2 people) directly from their web site online for $50.00 and if you live in the western states, that price includes shipping. If you live in the midwest or east coast, please see their site for shipping info.
